Hum, so Batt says Guidry will do what Midura did? Did Batt get the Inspector General bill endorsed-NAH! " " do anything about Entergy....other than hitching a ride to D.C. -NAH! " " respond to the voices of the neighborhood associations - NAH! " " hold neighborhood meetings after Katrina -NAH! Three NAHs and Batt's OUT! He had four years to prove what he could do and FAILED! Don't bother to come back unless you want a horse laugh from the District.
